Visit Sisal is a Nomadaz Digitalez project. We run several tourism brands in Sisal, Yucatán. Your data belongs to you.

Data we collect

• Email, name and preferred language when you download the PDF guide.
• Your daily raffle entries.
• Web chat conversations with Luna, stored to improve the service.
• SSO session cookies scoped to .visitsisal.mx across app.visitsisal.mx.

How we use it

• Deliver the PDF guide and raffle prizes.
• Recommend experiences from the Nomadaz ecosystem (Sofía lodging, Lupita tours, Zizal dining).
• Identify cross-brand premium leads via Jarvis CEO App (internal use only).
• Legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Cross-brand identity

We operate an ecosystem. If you contact us through another brand in the holding, the system may associate your identity to offer a coherent service — but we will NEVER share conversations from one brand to another without your explicit consent.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, opposition, cancellation (ARCO under Mexican law / GDPR-equivalent) or the "right to be forgotten" by writing to privacy@visitsisal.mx. We respond within 15 business days.
